Depending on its use, it can accommodate as many as 40 people* who will appreciate the exposed beams, slate floor, fireplace, deck, private bathrooms, and abundant natural light. It is situated in a village-like setting, located next to the Tack Room and Old Post Room and a short walk from the Airlie House.
Formerly the Loft
This two-story building, located in the Airlie Berkshire Farm and Reserve area, is ideal for a wide range of meeting needs for up to 72 people*. The lower level features 888 square feet of meeting space with a breakout room, refreshment break area, and patio area. The elegant upper level is perfect for dining or as a private space for board meetings. Both levels feature a fireplace. A large deck offers additional outdoor space with sweeping views of Berkshire Lake.
Formerly the Institute
Situated in the tranquil Airlie Berkshire Farm and Reserve area of the property, overlooking Berkshire Lake, this multi-function space provides provides a serene, distraction-free setting with a general session room, large reception area, and three additional rooms to accommodate a variety of meeting needs.
Two rooms on different levels provide a range of flexibility for occasions of any type, especially when used in combination with the adjoining Lakeside Tent. A built-in bar, fireplace, soft seating and wood paneling give this space a unique and cozy character.
This permanent 2,000-square-foot event tent is located behind the Smokehouse with plenty of grassy outdoor space next to Swan Lake for a fire pit and lawn games. It will accommodate up to 130 people in rounds of 8*. This space is most commonly used for parties, receptions and company picnics. An adjoining Grill House is ideal for barbecues and cookouts.
