Join us for a Culinary Adventure on Friday, Jan. 19, 2018! The first in a new series at Airlie, this event will feature exceptional wines from Australia. Our talented culinary team and Kelly Allen of Free Run Wine Merchants have collaborated on a menu with pairings from Chalk Hill (McLaren Vale), Ashbrook Estate (Margaret River), Beelgara (Riverina), and Ninth Island (Tasmania). The evening starts at 6 p.m. with a reception highlighting red and white wines from down under and a sampling of amuse-bouche. A four-course dinner follows at 7 p.m.
Dinner: $95/guest (includes taxes and gratuity).
Overnight getaway: $320/couple (plus taxes and fees)
