Christmas Eve Dinner


Enjoy traditional holiday fare on Christmas Eve with family and friends in the Airlie Dining Room. $55 adults; $25 children (ages 5-12), under 5 free. Includes a complimentary glass of house red, white, or sparking wine for adults over 21. For reservations, call 540-428-7130.


  • Roasted squash and apple soup

Salad Station

  • Mixed greens with seasonal and local salad condiments, house made dressing  
  • Roasted sweet potato quinoa salad with dried cranberry, toasted pumpkin seed
  • Winter slaw with Brussels sprouts, beet, radicchio, blood orange dressing  
  • Wild rice salad with roasted butternut, pistachios, dried fruits
  • Roasted pear and figs display with gorgonzola cheese mousse
  • Salmon lox display with dill mousse fennel fronds, capper berry
  • Artisan cheese, fresh fruit, house preserves, honey comb
  • Charcuterie presentation with salami, sausage, pates and cured ham
  • Accompanied with pickled vegetables, marinated olives

Carving Station

  • Garlic and pepper-crusted prime rib, creamy horse radish, au jus  
  • Herb crusted leg of lamb with mint gremolata
  • Roasted Cornish hen served with pomegranate demi
  • Cranberry ginger glaze salmon
  • Winter butternut squash ravioli with sautéed green, roasted tomato, brown butter sage cream sauce
  • Roasted root vegetable with Brussels sprouts, accented with fresh herbs
  • Garlic whipped potato


  • Assorted Mini Desserts and Locally bake chocolate yule log, pecan pie w/ hazel nut cream
  • Crème brûlée cheese cake served with macerated berries
