Airlie Center offers a variety of teambuilding experiences.

CULINARY TEAM BUILDING:
Cooking classrooms offer a great opportunity to build relationships, communication skills and emphasize the importance of team work. In this spirit, Airlie chefs have created a culinary team building program modeled after the Food Network’s famed Iron Chef competition. Programs can be customized for any size group and skill level and can be competitive in nature or more relaxed to celebrate recent successes.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE TEAM BUILDING:
Airlie has its own ropes course and has partnered with two outdoor experience-based learning providers: Challenge Discovery and Inner Quest. Groups can choose a ropes course session featuring multi-day team development, or scale it down to a half-day program enhancing other meeting agendas.
