Airlie Center is a dedicated conference facility and a member of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC). This singular focus allows Airlie to provide a top-quality conference environment. All rates for the Center are quoted as a Complete Meeting Package (CMP). Day meeting rates include the meeting facility, lunch, and two beverage breaks. 2003 CMP Rates Single Occupancy $220.00-280.00 per person, per day Call for VIP and Double Occupancy Rates Day Meeting starting at $95.00 per person, per day Our rates are subject only to a 4.5% Virginia state sales tax. No gratuities or occupancy taxes are added to our Complete Meeting Package. The CMP includes the following for a twenty four hour period; Overnight Accomodations Three Consecutive Meals Main Meeting Room Standard Audio Visual Equipment Beverage Breaks Dedicated Conference Planner and Support Staff Meeting Confirmation A meeting is considered definite upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit. All room reservations are handled by an attendee list which is due to Airlie two weeks prior to arrival. There are no accommodations for children at Airlie. Teenagers (16 and over) can be accommodated at regular rates. Overnight Accommodations - 218 Total Occupancy Guest rooms in 5 lodging houses with private baths, cable televisions, phones with data ports, clock radios, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards, hair dryers Common areas with ice machines, beverage vending machines, televisions 2 private cottages with 4 nicely appointed guest rooms, each furnished with television, queen-sized bed, private bath with hair dryer, kitchen area with coffee maker, comfortable living/meeting area. Meals Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Airlie Room, our conference dining facility, served buffet style with an extensive variety to include vegetarian selections and health conscious choices.
