Comprised of our very own four-acre organic garden and a network of over 35 area farms, Airle's Local Food Project allows our chefs to work with the very finest ingredients while substantially decreasing the impact on our environment. Airlie's culinary team crafts creative menus that reflect the seasons and change according to what is fresh.
