On-site Conference Planner and Staff Support:
Airlie’s experienced conference planners guide clients through the planning process to ensure each meeting is seamless and successful. Ample support personnel, including professional onsite IT/AV staff, are on-hand to respond to any client needs during their stay at Airlie Center.

Guestroom Accommodations:
The Center’s campus features seven sleeping lodges for a total of 150 rooms, each with private bath, high-speed internet access, cable television, radio-alarm clock, in-room coffee service, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, magnetic lock.

Conference Dining:
Airlie chefs offer an extensive menu including vegetarian and health conscious choices served buffet style in the Airlie Room. The Center places an emphasis on local, sustainable and organic foods, serving vegetables and herbs year round from Airlie’s four-acre culinary garden, and working with a network of more than thirty local farms.

Meeting Rooms:
Airlie’s 17 flexible meeting rooms accommodate groups up to 200 people. Meeting rooms feature built-in conference support technology, comfortable ergonomic chairs, refined décor, and ample windows providing natural lighting and pristine views.

Continuous Refreshment Breaks:
Breaks include coffee, tea, sodas, juices and light fare.

Audio/Visual Package:
Conference support includes WiFi bandwidth, a full spectrum of digital projection equipment, and built-in or portable audio. Microphones, podiums, flipcharts, pads and pens all provided.

Guest Services & Concierge:
Airlie's staff can provide assistance with faxing, photocopying, email and computer access.

Guest Amenities:
Airlie’s natural setting provides a scenic backdrop for jogging, biking, fishing, volleyball, tennis and skeet shooting. Guests can enjoy Airlie’s swimming pool and evenings at the Whistling Swan Pub. Airlie’s conference planners can help clients design exciting teambuilding programs such as culinary competitions, ropes courses and fishing lessons, or arrange for hiking in the nearby Shenandoah National Park, golf outings and horse-back riding in the immediate area.
